Dosa are a specialty food from Southern India. Made by grinding and fermenting dal and rice together they are then cooked like a crepe on a large hot plate. A Masala Dosa is filled with a mixture of potato and onion cooked in spices and is served with home made chutneys of your choice. Dosa are gluten free and vegan and the fermentation process makes them healthy for your stomach!
All of our spices from India & Java to ensure full richness flavour. Our food and chai is filled with spices from The Himalayas, and North of Kashmir, as well as West Java.
