1 fresh lemon , juiced (about 1 tablespoon fresh juice)
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (or honey)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder or fresh turmeric ( grated or blended )
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder fresh ginger ( grated or blended )
1 pinch black pepper
Add all ingredients together in pan add little water, wait until boil then strain it to get clear drink, then added honey and pinch of black pepper. Enjoy!
